Weight Watchers
I tried doing this on my own and it didn’t work, by the time I finished my first year of college I was 142 working out everyday and not seeing any progress
I joined Weight Watchers this summer and have already lost 7 pounds on the program =)
I am just so happy I reached my first goal of 135

if you scoop the bagel (if its a regular normal one) it saves TONS of calories and still get the bread. the tomato isn’t bad at all, the mozz isn’t awful either.

It is a fat day already
I had a bagel and a mozzarella and tomato sandwich, Then tonight we are going to Hillel and out to a party. How the hell do you handle college and a healthy diet?
Maybe I wont go to Hillel and i will just get a salad for dinner.
GAH
well at least i am going to the gym at 4. 800 calorie work-out here i come
